Xi'an Cosmos Starlight Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (简称 Cosmos) is a compact, hands-on manufacturing partner focused on custom industrial machining and assembly. We specialize in D-sub connectors, waterproof circular connectors, and automotive electrical components – products that demand precision and reliability. Our strength lies in keeping key processes in-house: CNC turning and milling, injection molding, stamping, die-casting, overmolding, and IP68 sealing, plus our own mold-making capability. We are not a large factory, and we don't claim to be. Instead, we focus on what we do well: holding tight tolerances (down to ±0.005mm), working with engineering plastics and corrosion-resistant alloys, and handling small to medium batches without long lead times.
